Standard and custom structural steel sections and plates. We supply I-beams (IPE, HEA, HEB, W-shapes), H-beams (wide flange sections), universal beams (UB), universal columns (UC), channels (U-channels, C-channels), angles (equal and unequal leg), T-sections (structural tees), hollow sections (square, rectangular, circular), steel tubes (ERW, seamless), flat bars (mild steel and stainless), round bars (solid and hollow), square bars, hexagonal bars, steel plates (6mm to 100mm thickness), checkered plates (diamond pattern), perforated plates and sheets, expanded metal mesh, steel grating (welded and press-locked), bar grating (plain and serrated), and trench grating and covers.

Pre-fabricated structural systems and support structures. Our products include pre-engineered steel buildings (PEB), portal frame structures, mezzanine floor systems, steel platforms and decking, elevated walkways and bridges, cable trays and cable ladders, cantilever racks, pallet racking systems, drive-in racking, push-back racking, shelving systems (light and heavy duty), mezzanine storage systems, stairways and staircases (straight, L-shape, spiral), industrial ladders (fixed and cage), access platforms and scaffolds, safety railings and handrails, guard rails and barriers, bollards (fixed and removable), gates and security barriers, and fencing panels and posts.

API 650 storage tanks and ASME code pressure vessels. We manufacture atmospheric storage tanks (API 650), vertical cylindrical tanks, horizontal cylindrical tanks, rectangular tanks and boxes, conical bottom tanks, flat bottom tanks, sloped bottom tanks, baffled tanks (mixing and agitation), jacketed tanks (heating and cooling), double-wall tanks (fuel and chemical), underground storage tanks (UST), day tanks (diesel, oil), expansion tanks and surge vessels, pressure vessels (ASME code), vertical pressure vessels, horizontal pressure vessels, spherical vessels and spheres, reactor vessels, autoclaves and sterilizers, and knockout drums and flash drums.

Heat exchangers, columns, and process vessel components. Our capabilities include heat exchanger shells, shell and tube bundles, tube sheets and baffles, columns and towers (distillation, absorption), packed columns, tray columns, bubble cap trays, sieve trays, valve trays, structured packing, random packing (Raschig, Pall rings), column internals (distributors, collectors), mixing tanks and agitation vessels, blending tanks, reaction vessels, crystallizers, evaporators, condensers, reboilers (thermosiphon, kettle), and separators (gasliquid, oil-water).

Pre-fabricated piping spools and specialty pipe assemblies. We produce pre-fabricated piping spools, carbon steel spools (A106, API 5L), stainless steel spools (304, 316, duplex), alloy steel spools (chrome-moly), isometric spool fabrication, shop-fabricated manifolds, header assemblies, branch connections, olet fittings installation (weldolet, sockolet, threadolet), reducer assemblies, expansion loop fabrication, pig launcher and receiver barrels, strainer assemblies (Y-type, basket), filter housings and vessels, spectacle blind assemblies, pipe supports and shoes, spring hanger assemblies, constant support hangers, pipe sleeves and inserts, and penetration seals.

Industrial and HVAC ductwork fabrication. Our products include rectangular ductwork (galvanized), spiral ducting (circular), oval ductwork, flexible ducting, duct elbows and bends (90°, 45°), duct reducers and transitions, duct T-pieces and Y-pieces, plenum boxes, volume control dampers (VCD), fire dampers (motorized and fusible link), smoke dampers, backdraft dampers, air grilles and diffusers, louvers and ventilation grilles, access doors and inspection hatches, acoustic attenuators and silencers, expansion joints (canvas and metal), insulated ductwork, kitchen exhaust hoods, and fume extraction hoods.

Material storage and discharge systems. We fabricate storage bins (square and circular), feed hoppers (gravity and live bottom), discharge hoppers, cone bottom bins, flat bottom bins, wedge hoppers, chip bins and bunkers, sand and aggregate bins, cement silos (bolted and welded), grain silos, coal bunkers, ash hoppers, dust hoppers, scrap bins, waste hoppers, bin activators and vibrators, bin dischargers (screw, belt), hopper gates and slide gates, diverter valves and chutes, and loading chutes and spouts.

Material transfer and fluid conveyance systems. Our range includes transfer chutes (material handling), loading chutes, discharge chutes, spiral chutes, curved chutes, impact chutes, wear-resistant lined chutes, vibratory chutes, launders and troughs (mining and metallurgy), open launders, covered launders, cable troughs, drainage channels and gullies, spillage trays, and drip pans and oil pans.

Equipment mounting systems and structural supports. We produce equipment mounting frames, motor bases and skid plates, pump mounting skids, compressor foundations and skids, generator mounting frames, instrument mounting brackets, cable tray supports, pipe support structures, equipment supports (elevated), tank saddles, vessel saddles, lug supports (horizontal vessels), skirt supports (vertical vessels), leg supports (3-leg, 4-leg), anchor bolt chairs, lifting lugs and trunnions, davit arms and lifting beams, spreader beams, and lifting frames.

Conveyor structures and material handling fabrications. Our products include belt conveyor structures, roller conveyor frames, chain conveyor assemblies, screw conveyor troughs, bucket elevator casings, conveyor idlers and rollers, conveyor pulleys (drive and tail), impact beds and impact rollers, skirt boards and sealing systems, belt scrapers (primary and secondary), plows and deflectors, transfer stations and hoods, dust suppression enclosures, conveyor guards and safety covers, walkways along conveyors, and access ladders for conveyors.

Electrical enclosures and equipment shelters. We manufacture electrical enclosures (IP55, IP65, IP66), control panel enclosures (free-standing, wall-mounted), stainless steel enclosures (304, 316), junction box enclosures, hazardous area enclosures (Ex d, Ex e), outdoor weatherproof enclosures, climate-controlled enclosures (air-conditioned), E-houses (electrical equipment buildings), analyzer shelters, instrument cabinets, battery enclosures, generator acoustic enclosures, compressor acoustic enclosures, pump houses and shelters, guard houses and security booths, gatehouse structures, turnstile housings, kiosks and ticket booths, portable cabins and containers, and blast-resistant modules.

Skid-mounted packages and pre-assembled systems. Our capabilities include skid-mounted equipment packages, modular process units, pre-assembled pump skids, metering skids, chemical injection skids, fuel gas conditioning skids, compressed air skids, water treatment skids, filtration skids, sampling stations and panels, valve manifolds, pipe manifolds (distribution and return), fire hydrant stands, hose reels and cabinets, spill containment pallets, drip trays and containment systems, bund walls and dikes, blast walls and protective barriers, sound barriers and acoustic walls, and offshore modules and skids.

CNC machined parts for rotating equipment and process systems. We produce flanges (custom and non-standard), nozzles and branch connections, couplings and spacers, shaft components, bearing housings, seal housings, wear plates and liners, impellers (pump and compressor), diffusers, valve seats and discs, valve stems, bonnets and bodies (valve components), piston rods, cylinder barrels, gears and sprockets, pulleys and sheaves, hubs and bushings, machined rings and collars, threaded components, and custom tooling and jigs.

Custom sheet metal components and cladding. Our products include equipment covers and panels, machine guards, safety covers, instrument boxes and covers, cable boxes, electrical panel doors, louvered panels, perforated covers, ventilation panels, splash guards and mud guards, drip shields, roof flashings and caps, wall cladding panels, roof cladding (corrugated, standing seam), fascias and soffits, gutters and downspouts, chimney caps and cowls, vent caps and terminals, equipment housings (custom), and motor covers and shrouds.

Protective linings and wear-resistant materials. We supply Hardox wear plates, AR (abrasion resistant) steel liners, chute liners (rubber, ceramic, steel), hopper liners, cyclone liners, pipe liners (wear resistant), elbow wear backs, tee wear backs, overlay cladding (hard facing), rubber linings (tanks, pipes, vessels), polyurethane linings, HDPE linings, FRP (fiberglass) linings, glass linings, Teflon/PTFE linings, lead linings, epoxy coatings and linings, ceramic tile linings, refractory linings (castable, brick), and insulation jackets and cladding.

Specialized fabrication and cutting services. We provide prototype fabrication, one-off custom components, small batch production, laser cutting services (plate and tube), plasma cutting services, waterjet cutting, CNC punching, press brake forming, rolling and bending (plate and section), and mandrel bending (tube and pipe).
