Black Sands Industries and INTLEF Oil and Gas Group Announce Strategic Joint Venture in Qatar

Black Sands Industries (BSI) and INTLEF Oil and Gas Group Co., Ltd. have announced the formation of a strategic joint venture partnership headquartered in Qatar, establishing a comprehensive platform for oil and gas equipment supply, EPC project delivery, renewable energy solutions, and high-voltage electrical cables and systems across the GCC region.
The joint venture will serve as the regional hub for INTLEF’s API-certified drilling equipment, wellhead systems, pressure control technology, and intelligent drilling solutions throughout the Middle East. The partnership combines INTLEF’s advanced manufacturing capabilities and AI-EMS technology—which achieves 40% reduction in power demand and 30% fuel savings—with Black Sands Industries’ established regional presence and project execution expertise.

Together, the companies will deliver integrated solutions spanning upstream oil and gas operations, EPC infrastructure projects, renewable energy integration including solar-hybrid systems and energy storage, and high-voltage cable installation and substation construction from 11kV to 132kV across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman.

The joint venture establishes Qatar as the primary distribution and service center for INTLEF products in the wider GCC market, supporting the region’s energy infrastructure development and operational efficiency objectives.
